Support Requests
New or Updated Delegates
- Delegates can be configured in Aware to see (and update) the status entry against matters assigned to a Solicitor Acting.
- To request a new or amend an existing Legal Secretary à Solicitor Acting relationship, please submit a ticket with helpdesk.
- Solicitors Acting: If the request is made by you, the request will be processed without the approval step.
- Legal Secretaries: Any requests will be sent to the Solicitor Acting for approval prior to processing the request.
Legal Secretaries and Administrative Staff: Please CC the Solicitor Acting in the request to IT so that approval can be tracked against the request. To ensure your request can be processed, please follow up with your Solicitor Acting. |
Updating or Adding a new Record
- As demonstrated, click the +New button to add a new record or find and select the record to update.
- Once a record is selected, you can edit or delete.
- As these are text fields, the team will just need to make sure the correct details e.g. email and employee code etc are entered to avoid any issues
- If editing a record, just make sure to select ‘Save’
- If there is an accidental deletion, head to the recycle bin, select the record to restore.
