From time to time, the iManage Agent might need some restart, if you notice these behaviours:

  1. Double click file in iManage, does not open the native application
  2. Share link/document in iManage, does not open Outlook automatically.


To restart the Agent go to your tool bar, find iManage Agent icon, right click and choose restart:


You might need to close and re-open your Browser/Outlook for the fix to take effect.
