Please submit the information below to [email protected] if you wish to access Maddocks resources on your trip. Help Desk will seek approval from General Counsel if you are travelling to a restricted country, or work directly or indirectly on Commonwealth matters.
Without this submission, you will not have access to Maddocks resources outside Australia.
Why this is Important
Restricting overseas access to company devices unless pre-approved strengthens our security posture by preventing unauthorized access from potentially risky locations. This policy ensures that only verified users can access our systems from abroad, reducing the chances of cyber threats and data breaches.
By implementing this control, we enhance our overall security framework and protect our sensitive information more effectively. Additionally, it demonstrates to our clients, especially those in security-sensitive industries, that we prioritize information protection.

- Help Desk will seek approval from General Counsel if required
- Once approved, you will be notified by Help Desk and access will be granted for the duration of your trip
- If an extension is required, please notify helpdesk who will seek our further approval if required.
