You can now launch InfoTrack directly from iManage. How to initiate the search:

  1. Login to iManage: https://cloudimanage.com and find the matter you are looking for
  2. Right click on the matter and then select InfoTrack AU from the context menu
  3. InfoTrack will launch, and the matter number will automatically populate
  4. Complete your order in InfoTrack as usual
  5. Once your order is finished, the search will return automatically to iManage and be saved in the _Searches folder (if this folder doesn’t already exist, it will be automatically created)


If for whatever reason you will need to login to Infotrack and use custom matter number (usually when the matter number not ready) then you can use the SSO link to login to InfoTrack: https://search.infotrack.com.au/sso/saml-maddocks. Make sure to bookmark this URL for easy access.
