Note: Outlook delegate access allows staff to book on behalf of others and book rooms via the Outlook Location field. However, the Outlook Nura Space add-in will not work when creating a booking as a delegate from another staff members Outlook calendar. To make a booking for another staff member which include services, you’ll need to create the booking from your own calendar and use the Change organiser function in the add-in. Any amendments to the services will need to be managed from the Nura Space web app. Please follow the bellow steps to grant this access.
To add a delegate in Nura Space, two requirements must be met:
1. The assistant (delegate) must have the role applied in Nura Space: Concierge – Delegate
Everyone firmwide should already have this role applied when onboarded. If not, it can be applied by a Nura Space Master Administrator
2. The person you support must add you as their delegate
This step is done directly inside the Nura Space web app.
Once added, the assistant (delegate) will be able to view and manage their bookings through the Delegate - Bookings page.
Step-by-Step Guide
STEP 1 - Open Nura Space Web App
Go to: https://app.nuraspace.com and sign in using Single Sign-On.
NOTE: If you have admin privileges, you can skip the below steps and just add a delegate to a user from Users tab. Find the user under this tab and click Edit Profile. From here you can add a delegate
STEP 2 - The supported staff member logs in
Delegation is configured from the account of the person granting access, not the assistant.
Example: A lawyer wants their LA to manage bookings. The lawyer must complete steps 3–5.
STEP 3 - Open “Profile”
- Click your profile icon (top‑right corner)
- Select Profile
(Exact naming may vary slightly depending on your environment.)
STEP 4 - Go to “Delegates”
In the profile settings, locate the section labelled:
- Delegate Users...
This section appears once the user has the Concierge – Delegate role enabled for their account type.
STEP 5 — Add a Delegate
- Click Add Delegate / Add User
- Search for the assistant’s name
- Select their account
- Click Save
Once added:
- The assistant becomes the staff's Nura Space delegate
- They can now see and manage that user’s bookings in:
Services > Delegate - Bookings
