Note: Booking this way will not allow you to change the organiser or add any services. This method should be used when you need to book a room at short notice
1. Open the Nura Space Web App
- Go to: https://app.nuraspace.com
- Log in with Single Sign-On (SSO)
2. Go to the Live Floor Plan
Once logged in:
- Select the Live View / Floor Plan tab on the left navigation panel
- Choose your City (Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra)
- Choose the Building, then the Floor (e.g., Melbourne & Level 25)
On the floor plan:
- Green rooms = Available
- Red rooms = Already booked
- Grey rooms = Inactive/unbookable
Note: You can also click on a room to see what times it has been booked:
3. Select a Room
Click on any green (available) room to open the booking panel.
You will see:
- Room name
- Available times
- Amenities
- Location
- Capacity
4. Set Your Meeting Details
In the booking panel:
- Select the Date
- Set Start and End time
- Confirm the room is still available
- Add a Meeting Title
- Add any Body text or Notes (optional)
- Add Attendees (internal only)
(External guests cannot be added to a room resource booking — they must be invited via Outlook after).
5. Create the Booking
Click Book Room
This will:
- Create a new meeting invite
- Place it directly into your Outlook calendar
- Generate a standard room resource acceptance email
