HotDocs Issue and solution
Issue:
When user try to open HotDocs, this error message pop up:
Solutions:
This is caused by incorrect file location for Hotdocs.
1. Open HotDocs > select Tools > select Options
2. File Locations > Please make sure:
Library files:
K:\Maddocks Office 2016\Live\Inserts\HDLibrary\
Template Files: K:\Maddocks Office 2016\Live\Inserts\
Or
Library files: K:\Maddocks Office 2010\Live\Inserts\HDLibrary\
Template Files: K:\Maddocks Office 2010\Live\Inserts\
(Both Office 2010 and Office 2016 folder are working)
If the Library files & Template Files are not is correct file location, please click on “Edit” to make changes, then click on “OK” to save the changes.
