This guide is for HelpDesk staff to check who has access to Walls and who has not accepted the invite.
Accepting the invitation.
If a user is stating that they've applied for the Wall, but still cannot access the matter, it is likely that they've not accepted the invitation.
To check this, go to the Walls page, and select the 'Walls' tab
Select 'View Existing Walls'
Locate by searching using the matter number and open the Wall
then select the highlighted link below.
Here, you will be able to see who has access and who hasn't accepted the invite.
