Please note:

All tickets related to MARS (Dynamics) are meant to be assigned to MARS Support and user have been advised to send tickets to the MARS Support Group and not to Helpdesk.

For some reason, if you receive any tickets related to MARS (Dynamics), please assign to MARS Support in Fresh Service.
