Issue: 

User received error message below when downloading from Word Document (via Avvoka)



Solution:

Enabled user.dotx add-in in Word will resolve the error. For more details, please see below:


Click File 


Click Options


Click Add-ins


Click on the drop down list/arrow and select Templates then Click Go...


Then checked user.dotx and Click OK


Please note: If user.dotx option is checked under Templates, you may want to check Disabled Items. Sometimes user.dotx could be listed under Disabled Items.

Click on the drop down list/arrow and select Disabled Itesm then Click Go...
