NameCoach- User Onboarding
1. All Maddocks Internal staff members will have access to NameCoach add-in in Outlook via the group membership.
Azure Online Group Name: NameCoach User deployment; new users get automatically assigned to this group once a licence is applied to them;
Group Details: Dynamics Azure AD Group that only includes enabled account with allocated mailbox/license enabled E3/E5/E1
Tip: If anyone does not have access to the NameCoach add-in in Outlook, please check the group membership.
2. Users will have NameCoach add-in in Outlook automatically installed to start using "Hear my name" features and functions.
