Below has been communicated to Experteq as Admin onboarding and offboarding.


Onboarding
 - Account provisioning will now happen internally at Maddocks. 
- A ticket is to be submitted to help.desk@maddocks.com.au with the following information for an account to be provisioned:
Name, Experteq email address, phone number, team, required access.

- We will supply then supply the user with a ‘Magic Link’ for HYPR, in conjunction with a short enrolment/usage, guide on BeyondTrust and HYPR
 
Offboarding
 - 
Experteq to disable user account on final day. 
- Experteq to forward this information to help.desk@maddocks.com.au immediately so we can follow our portion of the off-boarding process.
