Netskope Blocked URL - Miscategorisation Process

If a Netskope justification comes through for a website which has been blocked due to a Miscategorisation by Netskope, the following steps will submit the website to Netskope for review.

Response time from Netskope is generally within a few hours.

 

Netskope Portal

- On the left-hand blade, select “Skope IT™” > Then select “URL Lookup”

- On the “URL Lookup” page, select “REPORT MISCATEGORIZATION” from the right hand of the page

 

- In the window that opens, enter the URL and then remove the miscategorised block and replace it with the correct label, then click “SAVE”:
