When you received a new request to get access to InfoTrack

  1. Open Exchange Admin
  2. Find InfoTrack DL Group, there are 5 DL group

    1. InfotrackRecoveriesDL (For users works in Maddocks Recoveries)

    2. InfotrackSydneyDL (For users located in Sydney)

    3. InfotrackMelbourneDL (For users located in Melbourne)

    4. InfotrackCanberraDL (For users located in Canberra)

    5. InfotrackAdminDL (Special group, only for top level Admin, do not add user here without Adrian Sutantio's approval)

Once added, user should be able to login via SSO URL: https://search.infotrack.com.au/sso/saml-maddocks 


PlanIT access:

  1. Ask the user to log in once to InfoTrack (using SSO)
  2. Then send email (Add CC Adrian) to: [email protected] to request PlanIT access. Advise the user once response comes through as complete. 


IN ADDITION, SEND ALL REQUESTS FOR THE BELOW TO ADRIAN (If any):

  • Dye & Dyurham (old SAI Global) 
  • NSW Revenue eDuties (Formerly NSW SRO Eduties) 



PPSR SEARCHES

PPSR is only given for select users only. For others, advise them to use Personal Property Securities form to submit a new request, and the PPSR staff will run this for them.
