When you received a new request to get access to InfoTrack

  1. Open Exchange Admin
  2. Find InfoTrack DL Group, there are 5 DL group

    1. InfotrackRecoveriesDL (For users works in Maddocks Recoveries)

    2. InfotrackSydneyDL (For users located in Sydney)

    3. InfotrackMelbourneDL (For users located in Melbourne)

    4. InfotrackCanberraDL (For users located in Canberra)

    5. InfotrackAdminDL (Special group, only for top level Admin, do not add user here without Adrian Sutantio's approval)

Once added, user should be able to login via SSO URL: https://search.infotrack.com.au/sso/saml-maddocks
